This Dulce de Leche Cheesecake came highly recommended, and apparently is Rubicons’ best-seller. A bite into it and you realise why.

It is an absolutely beautiful, smooth cheesecake sitting on a softly crunchy biscuit base, seamlessly topped with a layer of delicious dulce de leche and crowned with a curvy zig-zag of caramel sauce. You might not think that that subtle touch of caramel makes a difference, but it does. And as a whole, this was sweet perfection.

Indulgent, yes. Pricey, yes.
But it was definitely worth the try!
Plus, I did wash it down with some green tea!
