Contrary to the usual reviews that you would find on The Eat Log, the ‘Special Edition’ sub-series will be a platform to share my one-off culinary experiences with the audience. By that I refer to specially organised food festivals or events that are limited to one or a few days, and may not be able to be experienced again. The purpose, thus, would not be to recommend what you probably should or shouldn’t try, but to pique the interest of the culinary enthusiast. And, of course, to give you a heads-up to keep an eye (and ear) out for similar such events in the future!
