While this may not be the most refined or luxurious Japanese cheesecake that you might come across, it certainly is a happy little treat. And frankly, it delights by just being what it is supposed to be – fluffy, softly creamy, just right-ly sweet and perfectly balanced in texture between dense and melt-in-your-mouth. It’s neither heavy, nor feather light. And it’s wonderful to snack on or have as a dessert. Hence, if you happen to be a Japanese cheesecake lover, I do recommend that you give Mr. Fluffy a go.
Their cakes come in three sizes – 10cm diameter (as pictured here) at AED 18, 15 cm diameter at AED 65 and 23 cm diameter at AED 115. I’m not quite sure as to whether the large size is available for sale on a normal basis or if it requires pre-ordering – so better check it out ahead.
